Coby Smartbook is powered by Marvell PXA 303 processor that is powerful enough to run just about any application out there with ease. Since, the Marvell CPUs are not x86 compatible, your choices are narrowed to Windows CE, Android, Ubuntu or Chrome. Coby chose Windows CE for their smartbook.

 

Priced at $85, it is something that everyone can afford and try without a risk. Build quality is so-so, but do you expect Sony or Apple-like build quality at this price?
